Sponsor classes or championships and be entered to win a custom by Kathy McKenzie!~

For every dollar you spend in sponsorship of classes and championships, one ticket will be entered on your behalf into the raffle for the custom model by Kathy McKenzie. For example, if you sponsor 5 classes at 1.00 each, 5 tickets will be entered for you into the raffle. The winning ticket will be drawn at the show. If the winner is not present at the show, I will ship the model to the winner at no charge.

We will offer a lunch on-site each day It will consist of a deli sandwichand a drink (you will be offered choices at the time of service). Please do sign up early if you will be choosing an on-site lunch so adequate arrangements can be made to have your food ready for you at lunch time!

Snacks, drinks and coffee will be available on site as well.

Saturday, October 23rd- Setup: 7:00am -Classes Begin: 8:00am

Sunday, October 24th- Stetup: 7:00am-Classes start 8:00 am

Please register by October 1st to avoid late fees!!!!

-Please make checks payable to Desirae Corbett. A fee of 25.00 will be charged for any bounced checks.

- Credit Cards are accepted via Paypal. No service charges will apply for this convenience!

-Entries received with incorrect balance or balance due will be held until fees are paid in full.

- Entries are NOT COMPLETE until a signed release is on file with the Showholder!

-Entries postmarked after Oct 1st or received via e-mail after Oct 1st must include a 10.00 late entry charge.

-There can be no refunds issued after October 7th.

-Late entrants should have no problem getting the table space they desire, however, if we run short on table space, those who entered last will be the first to be asked to share table space.

Your registration is NOT COMPLETE without a signed release. If you are under 18, please have your parent or guardian sign too.

I hereby release the event coordinators, judges, helpers, and all employees of the Gold Country Fairgrounds, as well as the facility management and catering management, of any liability for any personal injury, property damage or loss that may occur during the course of the event. I further understand that all judges' decisions are final, and I agree not to hold any judge or member of the event staff liable for any decision or judgment which is made in the course of the event. I have read the and understood the rules of Fall Fiesta 2003 and agree to abide by these rules. I understand that if these rules are violated, I may be asked to leave the class or event at any time with no refund of fees.
